Mr. Davis, seconded by Mr. Mason, introduced Ordinance #955 entitled: "An <br />Ordinance Pertaining to the Private Use of Fire Hydrants and Repealing Ordinance <br />No. 82011, which was read to Council. <br />Mr. Shaw, seconded by Mr. Sloan, moved that the rule of law requiring an <br />ordinance to be read on three separate occasions be suspended. <br />Roll Calle Ayes - Messrs Shaw, Busa, Walker, Mason, Sloan & Davis. <br />Nays - None. M. for discussion of plans <br />f or pre-f abricated apartments in the Upper Forties. <br />Mr. Edelman informed Council of proposed ordinances f rom the Regional <br />Planning.Commission on local business districts in the Village, and presented copies of <br />same to Council.
