Roll Call: Ayes = Messrs Shaw, Busa, Walker, Mason, Sloan & Davis <br />Nays - None. . <br />Motion carxied <br />A public hearing has been set for July 11, 1966, at 7:30 P. M. concerning <br />Ordinances #959 and #960e <br />Mr. Shaw, seconded by Mra Masott, introduced Pay Ordinance #513 P. <br />Roll Call for Passagee Ayes - Messrs Shaw,Busa,Walker,Mason,Sloan & Davis. <br />Nays - None. Pay Ordinance Passed <br />Mr. Shaw, reporting for the Finance Committee, read the minutes of the <br />meeting of May 11, 1966. ., Mr. Shaw moved to purchase one street light for each of the f ollowing <br />streets: Seneca, Bonnieview, and Glenview. The total cost of the:three lights <br />will be Approximately $165.00 per year. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Shaw, Busa, Walker, Mason, Sloan & Davis. <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion carried <br />Mr. Robert Neroni of Sub Division #1, Kenwood North, stated that.they <br />had originally paid for and allowed one sewer connection f or each property owner. <br />They want anyone who connects to the sewers in the future to have to pay_for it. <br />Mr. Walker was to check with Bardou and Morgan f or their approval. <br />Mr. Shaw, secottded by Mr. Walker, introduced Ordinance #961, entitled: <br />"An Ordinance Requiring a Tap-in-Fee be paid for use of Sewers Under Certain <br />Premises Owned by Elaren, Inc.01, which was read to Council. <br />Mr. Shaw, seconded by Mr. Busa, moved that the rules of law requiring <br />an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions to be suspended. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Shaw, Busa, Sloan & Davis. <br />Nays - Messrs Walker and Mason. <br />Motion Defeated <br />Ordinance #961 Placed on <br />First Reading <br />Mr. Weiss, Assistant Engineer, stated that the estimated cose of side- <br />walks on the West side of S.O.M. Center Road would be as f ollows< <br />Construction Total $ 5,315 <br />` Contingency Estimate 1,085 <br />Total Improvement Cost 6,400 <br />Village's share would be 2% of <br />$6,400 total, or, - 12$ <br />Accessible Portion 6,272 <br />4.
