Mr. Davis; seconded by Mr. Shaw, introduced a Resolution No. 682, entitled; <br />"A Resolution'Approving'an.-Agreement With the City of Mayfie.ld Heights_ to Share <br />the Cost of Street Lighting on Ridgebury Boulevard", which Resolution was read to <br />Council, <br />Mr. Shaw, seconded by Mr. Busa, moved that the rules of law requiring a <br />resolution to be read on three separate occasions be suspended. <br />Roll Call; Ayes - Messrs Shaw, Busa, Walker, Mason, Sloan and Davis. <br />Nays - None. , <br />Motion carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Shaw, seconded by Mr. Walker, moved that Resalution No. 682 be approved <br />and' passed as read-. <br />Roll Call; Ayes - Messrs Shaw,.Busa, Walker, Mason, Sloar_ and Davis. <br />Nays - None. The <br />estimated•cost.was $25,000m00 - the actual cost $29,500.00.
