Mr. Caplan does not wish <br />the gap between the phases. Mr. Walker suggested that the matter be tabled <br />until September. <br />Mayor Bettnett asked Mr. Caplan if.he was aware of the water problems <br />created'by the building projects. , . __- <br />After discussion, Mr. Edelman,requested Mr. Weiss to write..to,..the State <br />Highway Department regarding our storm sewer problem on SOM and Wilson Mills <br />Road. Mr', Mason reported that three roads in the Worton Park area had been <br />flooded. Mr-. Weiss thought the ditches might need attention. Mr. Mason said <br />that more water is coming in than ever before. He wondered what would happen <br />if we had a hard rain. Mayor Bennett replied that they would tr.y to f ind out <br />whose responsibility it was to keep the Aater ways clean. .. <br />Mayor Bennett reported water i.n a garage in SOM Center Road f rom the <br />Kenwood North Developmento Mr. Weiss thought a 12 inch road drain might have <br />been disturbed. <br />Mayor Bennett asked Mr. Weiss to check on whose responsibility it is to <br />fix a fiydrant ott SOM Center Road. - , •Other water problems were reported at 400 SOM Center Road and a washed <br />out driveway at 386 SOM Center Road: Mr, Weiss will.check on,.these.;prob.lems. <br />Mr. Strunk, 741 SOM Center Road reported that he is getting an unusual <br />amount of debris in the creek beside his house, making it difficult to keep <br />clean.
