Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Shaw, Busa, Walker, biason, Sloan and Davis. <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion carried <br />Mr. Shaw, seconded by Mr. Davis, introduced Ordinance No. 967, entitledt <br />"An Ordinance to Provide for the Issue of a Note in 6nticipation of the Levy of <br />Special Assessmeh,ts and in Anticipation of the Issuance of Bonds in Anticipation <br />of the Collection of Special Assessments f or the Improvement of Worton Park <br />Drive, North Woodlane Drive, Norman Lane, South Woodlane Drive and Woodlane <br />Drive" which ordinance was read to Council. _ Mr. Mason, seconded by Mr. Sloan, made a motion to suspend the rules of <br />law requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions.` Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Shaw, Busa, Walker, Mason, Sloan & Davis. <br /> <br />Motion carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Walker, seconded by Mr. Mason, moved that Ordinance No. 967 be <br />approved and passed as read, <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Shaw, Busa, Walker, Mason, Sloan and Davis. <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />Mr. Edelman read Ordinance No. 961, entitled: "An Ordinatice Requiring a <br />Tap-In Charge to be Paid for Use of Storm and Sanitary Sewers and Water Mains <br />Under Certain Premises Owned by Elaren, Inc." , which ordinance was read to <br />Council. <br />Mayor Bennett asked Mr. Bardou if he was satisfied with the way the ,. <br />ordinance read. Mr. Bardou replied that he was, but he would like to have his, <br />present septic line extended to the new ditch like his neighbor. The property <br />can not be re-graded until the ditch is f illed. He does not feel lilce he <br />should pay for the temporary connection. Mayor Bennett does not see how we <br />can he1p. <br />Mr. Weiss reported that he was down there with the Inspector and there <br />was no activity. The water line was being tested by the City of Cleveland. <br />There is an immense amount of grading to be done yet. Mr. Shaw, seconded by Mre Davis, moved that the rules of law requiring <br />an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions be suspended. <br />Roll Call; Ayes - Messrs Shaw, Busa, Walker, Mason, Sloan & Davis. <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />5.
