M., Mayor Bennett presidinge <br />Roll Call: Present - Mayor Bennett, Messrs Shaw, Busa, Walkar, Mason, <br />Sloan & Davis. <br />Absent - None. " <br />, < . <br />Mr. Mason, seconded by Mr. Walker, made a motion to accept the corrected <br />Minutes of December 19th to include on page 7 the reason f or Mr. Busa's negative <br />vote on the Wilson Mills sidewalk. <br />Roll Call; Ayes - Messrs Shaw, Busa, Walker, Mason, Sloan & Davis. <br />Nays - None, 4 <br />Motion carried <br />, Minutes Accepted <br />Mr. Shaw, seconded by Mr. Walker, made a motion to nominate James Sloan <br />as President Pro Tem of the Mayf ield Village Council. <br />. < < Mr. Mason, seconded by Mr. Davis, moved that the nominations be closed. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Shaw, Busa, Walker, Mason. Sloan & Davis. <br />Nays - Nonee Motion carried <br />. Nominations Closed <br />Mr. Shaw, seconded by Mr. Busa, moved that Mr. Sloan be elected as-the <br />President of the Mayf ield Village Council. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Shaw, Busa, Walker, MaSon and Davis. <br />Nays - Mr. Sloan passed. <br />Motion carried <br />M r. Edelman administered the Oath of Office as President Pro Tem to Mr. <br />Sloan. <br />Mayor Bennett recomcnended that Anthony,D'Agostino be appointed as Building <br />_Inspector and Assistant Road Foreman f or the ensuing year. <br />Mr. Mason, seconded by Mr. Shaw, moved that Anthony D'Agostino be appointed <br />Building Inspector and Assistant Road Foreman. . <br /> <br />? <br />1.
