No. 1 were <br />asking for approval of their fitzal plan. It has been.approved by, Planning and <br />Zoning. <br />They have presented a bond for $50,000,00. Af ter discussion that the <br />bond is to include the paving, Mr. Busa, seconded by.Mr. Shaw, introduced <br />Resolution #699,-entitled: "A Resolution Approving the Final Plan for the <br />Proposed Robert Neroni Subdivision No. 1 f or Record°" which Resolutiott was read <br />to Council. <br />Mr. Mason, seconded by Mr. Davis, moved that the rules of law requiring <br />a resolution to be read on three separate occasions be suspended. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Shaw, Busa, Walker, Mason, Sloan & Davis. <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />40
