Arehitectural Board - Mr. Busa. <br />Mr. Busa read the Minutes of the August 3rd, 1967 meeting. <br />Plans for the addition to Mayf ield Ceater School were discussed. Mr. <br />D'Agostino said that schools have to follow the Ohio Code. <br />Planning and Zoning - Mr. Mason. <br />- . . , ? <br />Mr, Masoa read the Minutes of the August 14, 1967 meeting. <br />Finance Cammittee - Mr. Mason. <br />The Finance Committee reviewed invoices paqable and approved vouchers. Mr. <br />Mason, `seconded by Mr. Sloaa, moved that Pay Ordinance #528-P be passed'to,approve <br />disbursement of f unds for the approved invoices. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messzs Sloan, Buda, Walker, Mason, Schmidt and Davis. <br />Nays - None. ? <br />Motion carried <br />Pay Ordinance Approved <br />The comittee considered request of Safety and Service Committee to add an <br />additional man to the Service Department. Funds do not appear available at this <br />time, but final decision will be made at the next Finance Meeting, at which time <br />a report on the Village's cash position versus budget will be made available <br />by Vlerk-Treasurer Lockemer. The cost of the new fire trtick and radio alerting <br />2quipment, both of which'have been previoUsly approved ana are now on orde'r,` <br />have already committed most available funds. <br />A forecast of Village revenue eontemplated f rom partieipating in.the City <br />of C1eveland•s reciprocal income tax program has been prepared by the Regional <br />Planning Commission as part of their fiscal study. They estimate that $5,600 <br />will be netted for the^fourth quarter°of 1967, $23,000 for'1968 and building <br />up to $37,000 in 1973. <br />Parchase requisitions must be approved in writing by the Clerk-Treasurer <br />on all purchases of $50.00 or more and then approved by the Mayor or President <br />pro tem of Council. <br />The Committee reco?nmended that we advertise f oT bids for a new police car, <br />4-door sedan. <br />• i - <br />Mr. Davis, seconded by Mr. Schmidt; made a motion to advertise f or bids' <br />for a new 4-door sedan Police Car. Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Sloan, Busa, Walker, Mason, Sehmidt and Davis. <br />Nays - -None . . : <br />` Nlotion carried <br />Mayor Bennett recommended the approval of the appointmeat of John Paul <br />Jones, 3r., 6632 Aintree Park Drive, Mayfield Village, Ohio, to the Mayfield <br />Village Auxiliary Police Department. <br />2.
