It was moved by Mr. Wedler, seconded by M ra Belzer, that ordinance Nom 753 be approved and passed as read0 Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Wedler, Bennett, Mason, Sloan and Belzerm Nays - None. M otion carried ordinance Passed Mayor Endress then read a letter from Mr. George Zorn, who has been ill in_San Jacinto, Calif orniam. Mr. Zorn reported that he would.be on his way back in a couple of weeks and enclosed a certif icate f rom Mro H. A. Jorgenson, a Notary Public, stating that he had administered the Oath of 0£fice to Mr. Zorno This certif icate was then filed with the Clerk. The Clerk then presented the appropriation ordinance for the year 1962 to Council. Mr. Belzer, seconded by Mr. Mason, then introduced ordinance No. 754 entitled: "An ordinance to Make Appropriations for Current and Other Expenses of the Village of Mayfield, Ohio, for the Year 1962", which ordinance was read to Gouncil. It was moved by Mr. Belzer, seconded by Mr. Wedler, that the rules of law requiring an Ordinance to be.read on three separate occasions be suspended. Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Wedler, Bennett, Mason, Sloan and Belzer. Nays - None. Motion carried Rules Saspended It was moved by Mr. Wedler, seconded by Mr. Belzer, that ordinance No. 754 be approved and passed as read. Roll Call: Ayes - rlessrs Wedler, Bennett, Mason, Sloan and Belzer. Nays - None. Motion carried ordinance Passed Mr. Belzer, seconded by Mr. Mason, then introduced Osdinance No. 755 entitled: "An Ordinance to Amend Section 3 of ordinance Noa 583, as Amended, by Increasing the Compensation of Members of the Police Degartment", which ordinance was read to Council. It was moved by Mr. Wedler, seconded by Mr. Sloan, that the rules of law requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions be suspended. Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Wedler, Bennett,.Mason9 Sloan and Belzer. Nays - Nonem Motion carried Rules.Suspended 2.
