Mro Sloan, seconded by Mr. Wedler, then introduced Resolution No. 534, entitied: A Resolution to Cancel,the Installments of Water Main Assessments for Certain Years on Parcel No. 831-13-10 on SOM Center Road°', which resolution was read to Council. It was moved by Mr. Belzer, seconded by Mr. Zorn, that the rules of law requiring a Resolution to be read on three.separate occasioas be suspendeda Ro11 Call: Ayes - Messrs Zorn, Wedler, Bennett, Mason, Sloanaad Selzer. Nays - None. Motion carried Rules Suspended It was moved by Mra Belzer, seconded by Mr. Wedler, that Resolution No. 534 be approved and passed as read. Roll Call.: Ayes - Messrs Zorn, Wedler, Bennett, Mason_, Sloan and Belzer. Nays - None. . Motion carried Resolution Passed Mra Wedler, reporting for the Zoning and Planning Commission, said that they had met on March 12, 1962, and continued with the Weisberg trial;' that on April 11, 1962, a public hearing would be held in order to make it possible for residents to express. their opinions on the matters concerning the Albert Weisberg property, Mr. McHale then questioned the Commission about putting a trucking ordinance into ef£ect. This ordinance would limit truck parking in driveways and on side streets. Mr. Wedler said that the matter was under consideration and would be brought forth in due time. Mr. Edelman then reported on the meeting with Council and the Zoning and Planning Commission and the Regional Planning Commission, which was held to consider an interim zoning plan. Mr. Edelman said that we should first have an ordinance,creating a new district and read this ordinance as set forth by the Regional Planning Commissionm Mr. Edelman said the second ordinance has attached to it a Map of the business area to be re-zonedo There was a great deal of discussion about this in Couacils Mr. Sloan spoke of the access road off Wilson Mills; .that the Village would have to develop this at a cost of some $50,000; that this should be ansxaered before we get too far into a re-zoning plan, Mr. Belzer, seconded by Mr. Wedler, then,introduced Ordinance No. 763 entitled: "An Ordinance to Amend Ordinance No. 159, the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Mayfield, by Adding Section 30, Creating Motorist Service District, Off ice-Zaboratory District, and Production-Distribution District," which ordinance was read to.Council. This ordinance was then placed upon its first readingo , It was moved by.Mr. Zorn, seconded by Mre Mason, that this ordinance be referred to the Zoning and Planning Commission for report and recommendationso .` Ro11 Callc Ayes - Messrs Zorn, Wedler, Bennett, Mason, Sloan and Belzero Nays - Nonem Motion carried 4.
