Mro Sloan, seconded by Mr. Wedler, then introduced Resolution No. 534, <br />entitied: A Resolution to Cancel,the Installments of Water Main Assessments <br />for Certain Years on Parcel No. 831-13-10 on SOM Center Road°', which resolution <br />was read to Council. <br />It was moved by Mr. Belzer, seconded by Mr. Zorn, that the rules of law <br />requiring a Resolution to be read on three.separate occasioas be suspendeda <br />Ro11 Call: Ayes - Messrs Zorn, Wedler, Bennett, Mason, Sloanaad Selzer. <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />It was moved by Mra Belzer, seconded by Mr. Wedler, that Resolution No. <br />534 be approved and passed as read. <br />Roll Call.: Ayes - Messrs Zorn, Wedler, Bennett, Mason_, Sloan and Belzer. <br />Nays - None. . <br />Motion carried <br />Resolution Passed <br />Mra Wedler, reporting for the Zoning and Planning Commission, said that <br />they had met on March 12, 1962, and continued with the Weisberg trial;' that <br />on April 11, 1962, a public hearing would be held in order to make it possible <br />for residents to express. their opinions on the matters concerning the Albert <br />Weisberg property, Mr. McHale then questioned the Commission about putting a <br />trucking ordinance into ef£ect. This ordinance would limit truck parking in <br />driveways and on side streets. Mr. Wedler said that the matter was under <br />consideration and would be brought forth in due time. Mr. Edelman then <br />reported on the meeting with Council and the Zoning and Planning Commission <br />and the Regional Planning Commission, which was held to consider an interim <br />zoning plan. Mr. Edelman said that we should first have an ordinance,creating <br />a new district and read this ordinance as set forth by the Regional Planning <br />Commissionm Mr. Edelman said the second ordinance has attached to it a Map <br />of the business area to be re-zonedo There was a great deal of discussion <br />about this in Couacils Mr. Sloan spoke of the access road off Wilson Mills; <br />.that the Village would have to develop this at a cost of some $50,000; that <br />this should be ansxaered before we get too far into a re-zoning plan, <br />Mr. Belzer, seconded by Mr. Wedler, then,introduced Ordinance No. 763 <br />entitled: "An Ordinance to Amend Ordinance No. 159, the Zoning Ordinance <br />of the Village of Mayfield, by Adding Section 30, Creating Motorist Service <br />District, Off ice-Zaboratory District, and Production-Distribution District," <br />which ordinance was read to.Council. This ordinance was then placed upon <br />its first readingo , <br />It was moved by.Mr. Zorn, seconded by Mre Mason, that this ordinance <br />be referred to the Zoning and Planning Commission for report and recommendationso <br />.` Ro11 Callc Ayes - Messrs Zorn, Wedler, Bennett, Mason, Sloan and Belzero <br />Nays - Nonem <br />Motion carried <br />4.
