Mr. Mason, seconded by Mr. Wedler, then introduced Ordinance No. 771, <br />entitleda "An Ordinance Authorizing the Construction of a Water Main in Beech <br />HT11 Roadt4s which,ordinance was.read-to Council. <br />It was moved-by Mr. Sloan, seconded by Mro Zorn, that the rules of ° <br />law requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions be suspended. <br />t -Ro11 Calls Ayes ? Messrs Zorn,WedZer, Bennett, Mason and S1oan. <br />Nays - Noneo Mrm Belzer not` voting. - <br />' Motion carried <br />' Rules suspended <br />It was moved by Mr. Mason, seconded by Mr. Wedler, that Ordinance No. <br />771 be approved and passed as read. ' Roll Calls Ayes - Messrs ?Zorn, Wedler, Bennett, Mason :and Sloan; <br />Nays - Noneo Mr. Belzer not.voting. ' <br />Motion carried <br />. ? . - ? Ordinance Passed <br />Council then took up the matter of sidewalks which was brought about <br />by Highland Heights now constructing sidewalks along Wilson Mills Roado Mr, <br />Belzer said that he would check with Highland Heights and see :how they were <br />handling this matter and have something to report at the next meeting. A woman in the audience asked if we could not have the developers install <br />sidewalks in new construction. Mayor Endress said that this was already <br />spelled out in our ordinances but Council always waived this part of the <br />ordinanceo Mr. Edelman reported that he had been asked to prepare an ordinanee <br />regulating fences; that this would tse a Zoning Ordinanceo Mrl. Edelman then <br />read the Ordinance he had prepared to Council. This ordinance was theri . <br />referred to the Planning and Zoning Commission'for reeommendations.
