<br />' Special Council Meeting <br />Village of May£ield <br />July 13, _1962 <br />The Cotrncil of the Village of Mayf ield met in Special Meeting at the <br />Tow.n Hall at 7:30 Po M. on Friday, July 13, 1962, pursuant to notice given <br />to all members of Council according to law,'Mayor Endress presiding, <br />o RoZl Call: Present - Messrs Zornn Wedlerfl Benn.ett, Mason, Sloan & Belzer. <br />Absent - Noneo <br />Mro Edelman then notified Council that the Water Main Assessments in <br />Worton Park would be $58,300.00 after deducting the cash payments made. <br />Mro T,Tedler,_ seconded by MrO?Mason, then introduced Resolution.No. 542 <br />entitleda "A Resolation Requesting the Certification of the Fiscal Officer of <br />the Village.of Mayfield'°, which Resolution was read to Council. <br />It was moved. by Mr. Belzer, secondea by Mr. Wedl.er, that the_rules of <br />law requfring a resolution to.be read on three separate oceasions be suspendedo <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Zora, Wedler, Bennett, Mason, Sloan & Belzer, <br />Nays - Nonem <br />Motion carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />It was moved by Mr. Belzer9 seconded by Mr. Wedler9 that Resolution <br />Noo 542 be approved and passed as read. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Zorn, Wedler,_Bennett, Mason, Sloan & Belzero <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion carried <br />Resolution Passed <br />Titere was then f iled the Certificate of the Clerk pursuantto <br />Resoluti.on No. 542o Tt was moved by Mr. Mason, seconded by Mr. Sloane that <br />the said certificate be received, filed and approved, , <br />Roll Call: Ayes m Messrs Zorn, Wedlers BennettaMasons S1oan & Belzer. <br />? <br />Nays - None. <br />? Motion carried <br />? <br />The Clerk then off ered to the Treasurer, Mr, Walter Rogerss $58a300.00 <br />of Special Assessment Bonds f or purchase, Mr. Rogers then rejected this offer <br />for the purchase_of: bondsa <br />Mr. Belzerv seconded by Mro Wedler', then intsoduced Ordinance No. 772 <br />entitled: "An Emergency Ordinance to Provide for the Issue of Special Assessment <br />Bonds For,the Improvement of Woston Park Drive, Woodlane Drivee North Woodlane <br />Drive, Sou.th Wo.odlane Drive, and Norman I,ane Drive by the Construction and <br />Tnstallation of Water Main.s and Appurtenanees Thereto"a which ordinance was read <br />to Council.
