Mr. Abenroth said it would be two or <br />three mor?ths; that they were going to work on it first but that he could not <br />have it f or the'next meetit?g. Mr. Wedler asked if we had to have an open hearing <br />if we took in more land and Mr. Edelman said yes. <br />Mr. Edelman then read Ordinance No. 763 to Council. Mre: Edelm:an also <br />read Ordinance No. 764 to Council, and both of these ordinances were placed <br />npon their second seading. <br />, It was moved by Mr. Belzer, seconded liy Mr. Mason, that proposed <br />Ordinance No. 763 be amended by substituting page 13 as revised August 20, 1962, <br />and page 23 as revised August 20, 1962, f or the original pages: l3 and 23 of <br />Ordinance 763. <br />Roll Call; Ayes - Messrs 2arn, Wedler, Bennett, Mason, Sloan & Belzer. <br /> Mo tion carried <br />Mayor Endress then asked Council if they wished to'suspend the 'rules. <br />The answer was no. . <br />Mr. Edelman then asked if Council wished tiim to prepare anything for <br />the other lots. Council said that he should wait until we hear from the <br />Regional planning Commission. Mr. Abenroth said that he would meet with the <br />Zoning Board and work ont something f or Council. <br />Mayor Endress then asked Mr.'Peterson about the drainage around the " <br />Freeway. Mr. Peterson said that he had asked for a set of plans amd could"not <br />tell us anything until he received themo Mayor Endress then asked how Mr. Weiss <br />made out with Howard Schulz, and Mr. Peterson_said he was of the opinion-that <br />the state should give him a lif t with his drainage problem. Mr. Peterson <br />then said that the plans to extend a sewer on Ravine Drive half way across a <br />lot had tieen refused and were revised to extend the full width of the lot and <br />recommended to Council that they approve. <br />Mr. Belzer, seeonded by Mr. Zorn, then introduced Ordinance No. 775, <br />entitled, "An Ordinance to Permit Max Kel,man to Extend a Sanitary Sewer on <br />6.
