Belzer then brought up the matter of the odors on Beechhill Road <br />and said that there was a new substance that could be put ahead of the pumps <br />to kill this odor. Mayor Endress said that he should turn this over to Mr. <br />Westermoreland. Mra Belzer then reported that the pumping station on Wilson <br />riills was stinking up the neighborhood and that this odor was coming out of <br />the manholes near the pumping station. <br />5.
