Mr. Belzer,
seconded by Mr. Bennett, then introduced Ordinance No. 789-A etttitled: "An
Ordinance to Enter Into a Contract With the,City of University Heights f or
Radio Service", which ordinance was read to Council.
It was moved by Mr. Belzer, seconded by Mr. Shaw, that the rules of
law requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions be suspended.
Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Wedler, Bennett,Shaw,Mason,Sloan & Belzer.
Nays - None. .
Motion carried
Rules Suspended
It was moved by Mr. Wedler, seconded by Mr. Shaw, that Ordinance No.
789-A be approved and passed as read.
Roll Call; Ayes - Messrs Wedler,Bettnett,Shaw,Mason,Sloan & Belzer.
Nays - None. , .
' .
