<br />entitled: -"An Ordinance to Amend Section 3 of Ordinance Noe 583, as Amended,
<br />by Increasing the Compensation of Members of the Police Department°', which
<br />Ordinance was read to Council.
<br />It was moved by Mr. Belzer, seconded by Mr. Shaw, that the xales of law
<br />requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions be suspended.
