<br />resolution to accept these three banks. , .

<br />entitleda "A Resolution Designating Central National Bank of Cleveland, The
<br />National City Bank of Cleveland and the Cleveland Trust Company as legal
<br />depositories for the Village of Mayfield, Ohio", which resolution was read to
<br />Council,
