Mr. Wedler, seconded by Mr. Masott, then introduced Resolution No. 588 entitled; "A Resolution Approving the Renewal of the Maintenance Permit of the Ohio Bell Telephone Company for the Year 196411, which resolution was read to Councilm It was moved by Mr. Belzer, seconded by Mr. Sloan, that the rules of law requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions be suspended.
