It was moved bq Mr. Shaw, seconded by Mr. Belzer, that Ordinance No. 847 <br />be approved and passed as read. <br />Roll Calls Ayes - Messrs Shaw, TATalker, Sloan attd Belzer. <br />Nays - Messrs Bennett and Mason • <br />Motion carried <br />"Ordinance Passed <br />NIr. Weiss then reported that he did not have any exact f igures on the <br />Worton Park paving but the cost should be arouad eight dollars a front foot. <br />This was a very rough f igure however. <br />` Mr, Shaw, reporting for the Finance Committee, sa'id that the Finance <br />Committee had f ound;the Pay Osdinance-to be itn order and recomoaended that,it be <br />approved:. _.: . <br />Mr. Shaw, seconded by Mr. Mason, then introduced Pay Ordinance No. 489-P, <br />which ordinance was read to Conncil. <br />Roll Call; Ayes - Messrs Shaw, Bennett,Walker,Mason, Sloan & Belzer. <br />Nays - Noneo <br />Motion carried <br />- Ordinance Passed <br />Mr. Sfiaw said'that the Committee had gone over the insurance policies <br />attendant to this ordinance and recommended that the Glerk be authorized to draw <br />a warrant f or' their payttient. - - " It was moved by Mr. Bennett, seconded by Mr. Shaw, that the Clerk be <br />authorized to pay the 3.nsurance preminms, •Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Shaw, Beanett,Walker, Mason,Sloan & Belzer. <br />? Nays - None. Motion carried <br />As Mr. Quigley had missed considerable rubbish'pick=up aress aEtei being <br />repeatedly taken .to task fos this mattes, it was moved by Mre Bennett, seconded <br />by Mre Shaw, that the Clesk draw a warrant f or $415.00 instead of $425.00. <br />Roll Callt Ayes - Messrs 3haw, Berinett,' Walker, MAson, ST'oan"& Belzer.- <br />Nays - None. . : . . .. . <br />I?Iotion carried <br />At this time Mr. Bennett asked that he be allowed to chaage his vote on <br />the suspension of rules'on ordinance Noe 847.
