the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Mayf ield by Transferring Certain Property <br />at the•Southeasterly Corner of SOM . Center Road and Sandalwood Drive From Class <br />U-2 Use District to Class U-4 Use District" which ordinance was read to Council. <br />Thi.s ordinance was then placed upon its first reading and referre.d to the Zoning <br />and Planning Commission. Mr. Edelman then gave a copy of this ordinance to the <br />Zoning and Plannittg Commission. <br />Our Engineer then reported that he had checked the plans for paving <br />Sandal:wood Road; that he had no plans f or sidewalks; that the builders were going <br />to put in sidewalks on all lotsa that there were some paxts of the road they did <br />not own but have an agreement on one side with the owners to put in sidewalkso <br />Mr. Kaplan then talked to Council about this improvemente Mr. Peterson.said <br />that this was okay with him; that they had made some changes which he approved. <br />Mr. Shaw, seconded by Mr. Belzer, then introduced Resolution No. 607 <br />entitleds "A Resolution Approving Certain Plans f or the Improvement of Sandalwood <br />Drive" which resolution was read to Council. , <br /> It was moved by Mr. Sloan, seconded by Mro Mason, that_ the rules of law <br /> requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions be suspended, <br /> •Roll Ca11: Ayes -.Messrs Shaw, Bennett, Walker, Mason, Sloan & Belzer. <br /> Nays - None. <br /> . .. . - ,. . ., . _, .Motion carried <br />Rules Suspended <br /> It was moved by Mr. Belzer, seconded by Mro Shaw, that Resolution No. 607 <br /> be approved and passed as read. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Shaw, Bennett,.Walker, Mason, Sloan & BeZzera <br />Nays - None. <br />. . Motion carried <br />Resolution Passed <br />Mr. Edelman then reported that Council had Ridgebury to take care of; that <br />he had the consent ordinance but the estimate of costs had just come in tonight. <br />Mr. Peterson then sead this estimate to Cou.ncil. This was then,tabled f or lack <br />of inf ormation as to just what was going on. Mr. DeMore s2id that he was going <br />to take up this matter and when he.f ound.out what there was, to do, would set up <br />a meeting with Council and the Solicitor and iron it out once and for all. There <br />was also some sewer work shown on the consent ordinance which we did not requeste <br />Mr. DeMore said that he would f ind out about this too.. Mra.Peterson said he <br />would get the costs analyzed first and then call for a meeting. <br />Mayor Endress then read the reports from the various departments to Council. <br />Mayor Endress asked Mr. Wieland about the Metro Park Sewer since the rain, Mr. <br />Wieland said he had heard nothing on i.t. <br />Mr. Mason, seconded by Mr. Sloan, then intsoduced Resolution No. 606 <br />entitled: "A Resolution to Cancel the Water Main Assessmant f or the Tax Year <br />1964 and the Paving Assessments f or the Tax Years 1964 to 1969 on Permanent <br />Parcel No. 831-38-6711, which resolution was read to.Council. <br />7.
