Mr. Relic stated that before Council proceeds-with-this, legislation . should be passed. authorizing the borrowing .of funds for the construction. Mr. ~mendola stated that the building along w.ith.tn:e.site imprave- ments.and utility connections should total close to $500,000.00. Discussion was .held on the Service Building project re~finaricing; occupancy etc. , Mr. Relic advised the total of $500,OOO,OO~be borrowed and Mr. Amendola commented that he hoped to get_construction started before May 1st to save the 10% increase in.materials. Thanksgiving occupancy expected.
