~ ~.~ <br />MINUTES OF A SPECIAL MEETING <br />Village of <br />March 26 <br />The Council of the Village of Mayfield met <br />Board of Appeals on March 26, 1979 at 8:15 <br />President,. Vince Busa presided. <br />OF COUNCIL BOARD OF APPEALS <br />Mayfield <br />1979 <br />in special session as a <br />P.. M.. in .the Village Hall. <br />Roll Call: Present: Messrs., Bennett, Bordonaro, Busa, Flynn, Grogan <br />and Mrs. Hanus <br />Absent: Mr. Boger and Mayor Beebe <br />Also present: Messrs., Avery and Feneli <br />Mr. Busa stated that notice was sent pursuant. to .the meeting of this <br />Board of Appeals stating the purpose of the meeting is to consider a <br />parking variance request of Mr. Julius Paris for an Office Building <br />Complex on Beta .Drive. <br />A special clerk was retained to officially record the minutes of the <br />meeting at Mr. Avery's request. <br />After evidence.was_received, the record was closed and a rof11 call taken <br />on the following motion: <br />Mr. Grogan, seconded by Mr. Bordona~co, made a motion to approve a park- <br />. ing variance .for the office building of Mr. Julius Paris on Beta Drive <br />permitting one.>::~'--1) par3cing space .for every 200 gross square feet of <br />building space .with .the following conditions: <br />1. No occupancy for medical or dental offices nor for restaurant usage <br />_:..~_ shall be permitted in any structure built on the site .which could <br />not be built without this°variance being in effect. <br />2. A request for variance .to the opendspace requirements .of the zoning <br />`.'.c'L code shall cause this variance to be null and void and the questions <br />of. parking and opensspace shall be then jointly considered. <br />3.• The building inspector may-deny occupancy permits .for any proposed <br />• ,:tenancy if -the number of cars to be generated by such tenancy, when <br />taken in conjunction with the actual experience with then - current <br />occupancy, shall,~•in the opinion of the inspector, require more. <br />parking thar~,is available. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Variance Granted <br />~'Mr. Paris agreed to give priority to the installation of a formal <br />entrance to the Industrial Park and also written consent to the Re- <br />gional Transit Authority to install a bus shelter on his property. <br /> <br />
