Mayor <br />Beebe to discuss the matter with Mayor DeJohn. <br />Convers.anor~f Condominiums - Mr. Feneli stated that presently ordinances <br />re this~sconversion are not enforceable and will need further review. <br />GENERAL COMMENTS• <br />Mr. Fe.neli commented that the final papers on the Dixon prpperty have <br />been reviewed and should be finalized this week. <br />Mr. Hovancsek stated that C.E.I. is in need of an approval from approval <br />from Council to do work on relocation of poles on Wilson Mills east <br />of SOM due to the repaving work to b~ done.
