.~~ Mr. Boger seconded by Mr. Bennett, made a motion to suspend the rules of ,law requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. Mr. Bennett stated that on page three, "Part-time Clerk of Recording Secretary" should read "P art-time Clerk or Recording Secretary" Mr. Boger said their is a $5.00 difference in the yearly total as per discussion. Introduced by Mr..Boger Discussion was held with the Public Service & -Public Utilities Committee to review the ordinance, which was put on First Reading. GENERAL COMMENTS: Mayor Beebe said that Mr. Robert VanVliet, a resident i.n the Village on Thornapple, has agreed to serve on the Architectural Review Board and would like Council's confirmation. Mr. Flynn seconded by Mr. Boger, made a motion to confirm Mr. VanVliet's appointment. Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Confirmation Given Mr. Beatty stated that the loan for the new Service Building should be. finalized by the 20th of this month. He had to make some adjustments in the totals of the 1980 Budget, as the Fi~.ance Committee is aware. Mr. Feneli stated he had one quick item for Executive Session.
