~~~ <br />Discussion was held on Section 3 with Mr. Avery to check on au- <br />thorization for the Building Department to make inspections in the <br />schools. <br />Mr. Boger, seconded by Mr. Grogan, made a motion to pass Ordinance <br />79-62. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />GENERAL COMMENTS: <br />Mayor Beebe stated that Mr. Amendola questioned what the Village <br />was going to do about the erosion that is being done to Mr. Cotton's <br />back yard. Apparently Mr. Cotton has lost trees also. A storm sewer <br />is causing the problems and it is a Village responsibility. It will <br />require a lot of money as well as the use of large equipment. <br />~Mr. Hovancsek clarified the type of corrective work that would be <br />needed and monies. <br />Information to be circulated to Council for further review. <br />Mrs. Meyers has requested a relief from some of the requirements of <br />the Special Use Permit granted. Further discussion to be held at <br />the next caucus. <br />Chi-ef Stevens commented that a retired Policeman, Don Gould, is <br />living in Hawaii and had been hospitalized and both kidneys removed. <br />He would probably appreciate any correspondence from Council and <br />others that would be sent. <br />Mrs. Maynard to send a card along with the other comments if desired. <br />Gus Amendola stated that the new Service Building is progressing on <br />schedule. <br />Mr..Flynn asked what the next step would be to the work on Wilson Mills <br />and,when will it be started? Mr. Hovancsek replied that it most likely <br />wbuld''be drainage and repair of the concrete base. He would check on <br />the schedule and report back. <br />The meeting went into an Executive Session at 10:30 P.M. and reconvened <br />at 11:25 P.M. for adjournment roll call: <br />AYES:.
