121 <br />The question was raised by the Board if a secretary should be in <br />attendance. <br />Mr. Feneli recommended that a court reporter be hired; Council agreed. <br />Meadowood Easement Work <br />Mr. Hovancsek explained the work to be done and the cost. Mr. Hovancsek <br />stated that the. cost of the pipe would be the major factor. He would <br />have an estimate in letter form for the Council members in their packets <br />tommorrow. It would be over the $2500 maximum and would have to be put <br />out for bids. <br />Mr. Grogan, seconded by Mr. Boger, made a motion to authorize the Clerk <br />of Council to advertise for bids on the work to be done in the easement <br />at 6826 Meadowood Drive. <br />Mr. Boger asked if the work is definitely in the Village easement.
