~~~ A resolution .covering public depositories is to be prepared.i~y the Law Department for the Special Meeting of October 8th. Ordinance 79-68, entitled: "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 79-35 SO AS TO FIX THE BONDS OF THE VARIOUS ELECTED MUNICIPAL OFFICIALS IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 153.01 OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES." INTRODUCED BY Council as a Whole. Mr. Grogan, seconded by Mr. Bennett; made a motion to suspend the rules of law requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. Roll Call:_ AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Rules Suspended I Mr. Boger, seconded b~ Miss Trask, made a motion to pass Ordinance 79-68. Roll Call.: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Ordinance Passed Law Department to prepare a separate ordinance covering the remaining employees who need bonding. Ordinance 79-69, entitled: "AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE INCREASING THE COMPLEMENT OF THE POLICE DEPARTMENT BY THE ADDITION OF ONE POLICE OFFICER." No action was taken, ordinance to have further review at the next Caucus. Ordinance 78-59, entitled: "AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT WITH THE CLEVELAND ELECTRIC ILLUMINATING COMPANY FOR THE PROVISION OF STREET LIGHTING WITHIN THE MUNICIPALITY." Discussion was held with ordinance to be tabled forever. Ordinance 79-70, entitled: "AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND FINANCE DIRECTOR TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH THE CLEVELAND ELECTRIC ILLUMINATING COMPANY FOR STREET LIGHTING SERVICE."
