9 <br />77~ <br />Lc~v~ <br />7 <br />Mr. Feneli reported that he had a call from the Arco Gas Company <br />urging action on the Village's part, apparently they want rid of <br />the business. Mr. Feneli clarified that all parties, including <br />the sub-leasees had to be~served with notice that the Village is <br />appropriating fee simple interest in the subject property; thus, <br />the need for this ordinance. Apparently there is a towing service <br />operating out of the service station. <br />Discussion was held regarding the possible need for a Special Use <br />Permit with Mr. Amendola to check into the matter. Mr: Feneli to check into this. <br />Mr. Busa called an Executive Session at 9:50 P.M. <br />Meeting reconvened at 10:25 P.M. <br />Mr. Busa stated that the Special Meeting of the 3rd would be followed <br />by the Council Caucus that is scheduled for November 27th. Clerk to <br />send proper notices to Council and the news media.
