~~ <br />-2- <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />Ordinance 74-42, establishing and reviewing manual of rules <br />for Auxiliary Police is still being reviewed. <br />Resolution, 874, concerning Water Service Agreement is being <br />reviewed by the Solicitor. This resolution will be deferred to <br />another meeting. <br />Ordinance Establishing a Recreation Board is still being dis- <br />cussed. After the February 19th meeting with the Recreation <br />Committee, Mr. Bennett feels that it will be ready for Council's <br />attention. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Ordinance 75-6, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THROUGH <br />TRAFFIC BY COMMERCIAL TRACTORS AND COMMERCIAL CARS ON CERTAIN <br />ROADS AND HIGHWAYS IN HAYFIELD VILLAGE: REPEALING ORDINANCE N0. <br />74-31A; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY", r~~s introduced by Mr. Bor- <br />donaro. Mr. Morrison read and called attention to the additon of <br />Wilson Mills East of 50M Center Road to the list of streets upon <br />which through~~traffic by commercial tractors and cars is prohibited. <br />Mr. Prager, seconded by Mr. Schulte, made a motion to suspend the <br />rules of law requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate <br />occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bordonaro, Ficken, <br />Mrs. Negrelli and Messrs., Prager and Schulte <br />NAYS: -None <br />a- : Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Bordonaro, seconded by Mr. Prager, made a motion to pass. <br />Roll Call; AYES; Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bordonaor, Ficken <br />Mrs. Negrelli, Messrs., Prager and Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />Ordinance No. 75-7, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 7 <br />OF ORDINANCE 74-49 AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY" was introduced <br />by Mr. Prager and read~~by Mr. Morrison. It was pointed out that <br />Ordinance 75-7 read in conjunction with Ordinance 75-8 eliminates <br />the old Section 7 and enacts a--new Section 7 changing required <br />Vehicle registration from an annual to a one time basis. <br />Mr. Bordonaro, seconded by Mr. Barclay made a motion to suspend <br />the rules of law requiring an ordinance to be read on three <br />separate occasions. <br />
