~. <br />-5- <br />Mr. Schulte, seconded by Mr. Barclay, made a motion to pass <br />Ordinance 75-15. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bluhm, Ficken, <br />Mrs. Negrelli and Messrs., Prager and Schulte <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />Resolution 887, entitled; "A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR <br />THE YEAR 1976", was introduced by Mayor Leech. <br />Given a first reading. Public Hearing scheduled for June 16, 1975 <br />at 7:30 P.M. <br />Resolution 888, entitled; "A RESOLUTION DETERMINING LOWEST AND <br />BEST BID FOR TWO POLICE CARS AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY", was <br />introduced by Mrs. Negrelli. Mayor Leech commented that two <br />bids were received, one from Marshall Ford and the other from <br />Deacon's Chrysler-Plymouth, Inc. The lowest and best bid was <br />awarded to Deacon's for $4,753.48 per car. <br />Mr. Prager, seconded by Mr. Schulte, made a motion to suspend <br />the rules of laws requiring a Resolution to be read on three <br />separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES;. Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bluhm, Ficken, <br />Mrs. Negrelli and Messrs., Prager and Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Prager, seconded by Mr. Schulte, made amotion to pass <br />Resolution 888. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bluhm,,Ficken, <br />Mrs. Negrelli.; and Messrs., Prager and Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />Resolution 889, entitled; "A RESOLUTION DETERMZNG THE LOWEST <br />AND BEST BID FOR THE RESURFACING OF JOYCE ROAD, HEMINGWAY ROAD <br />AND ROBIN CIRCLE, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY",. was introduced <br />by Mr. Prager. The lowest and best bid was awarded to Horvitz <br />Company for $20, 224.60. <br />Mr. Prager, seconded by Mr. Schulte, made a motion to suspend <br />the rules of laws requiring a resolution to be read on three <br />separate occasions. <br />
