~~ <br />MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING <br />Village of Mayfield Village <br />May 27, 1975 <br />The Council of the Village of Mayfield Village met in special <br />session at the Village Hall on Tuesday, May 27, 1975 at 8:30 P.M., <br />pursuant to special meeting notices delivered to Mayor Leech <br />and all Councilmen on May 23, 1975. Council president, Frank <br />Prager presided. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. <br />Roll Call: Present: Mayor Leech, Messrs.., Barclay, Bennett, Bluhm, <br />Ficken, Mrs. Negrelli and Mr. Prager <br />Absent Mr. Schulte <br />Also present were Mr. Byrnes and Mrs. Maynard <br />Mr. Prager noted that the minutes of the May 19, 1975 Council <br />meeting would be held for approval at the June 16, 1975 Council <br />meeting. <br />Old Business was also waived. <br />Mr. Byrnes stated that this special meeting of Council was called <br />by the president of council, for the purpose of considering an <br />ordinance determing to proceed with the issue of bonds and <br />certifying the same to the Board of Elections. <br />Ordinance 75-17, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE DETERMING TO PROCEED <br />WITH THE ISSUE OF BONDS AND CERTIFYING THE SAME TO THE BOARD OF <br />ELECTIONS, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY", was introduced by Council <br />as a Whole. <br />Mr. Barclay, seconded by Mr. Bennett, made a.motion to suspend <br />the rules of laws requiring an ordinance to be read on three <br />separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bluhm, Ficken, <br />Mrs. Negrelli and Mr. Prager <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Prager called for discussion. There was none. <br />Mr. Prager, seconded by Mr. Bennett, made a motion to pass <br />Ordinance 75-17. <br />1 <br />
