<br />MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING <br />Village of Mayfield Village <br />June 16, 1975 <br />The Council of the Village of Mayfield Village met in regular <br />session at the Village Hall on Monday, June 16, 1975 at 8:02 P.M. <br />Council President, Frank Prager presided. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. <br />Roll Call: Present: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bluhm, Ficken, <br />Mrs. Negrelli and Messrs., Prager and Schulte <br />Absent None <br />Also present were Messrs., Amendola, Byrnes, Hovancsek, <br />Chief Hejcl, Sgt. Litman and Mr. Relic <br /> Mr. Prager opened the meeting by asking for comments from the <br /> floor. There being none, that portion of the meeting concluded. <br /> Mr. Barclay, seconded by Mrs. Negrelli, made a motion to approve <br /> the minutes of the May 19, 1975 Regular Meeting. <br /> Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bluhm, Ficken, <br /> Mr's. Negrelli and Messrs., Prager and Schulte <br /> NAYS: None <br /> Motion Carried <br /> Minutes Approved <br /> Mr. Bennett, seconded by Mr. Prager, made a motion to approve <br /> the minutes of the May 27, 1975 Special Meeting. <br /> Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bluhm, Ficken, <br /> Mrs. Negrelli and Mr. Prager <br /> NAYS: None <br />Mr. Schulte abstained <br />Motion Carried <br />Minutes Approved <br />Mr. Prager stated that an article appeared in the Sun Messenger <br />stating that Echo Drive was being paved at a cost of $40,000. <br />However, this was incorrect. A water main was installed on <br />Echo Dr., not road paving. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />ordinance 74-42, entitled; "AUXILIARY POLICE RULES". Mr. Bennett <br />stated that this ordinance is being reviewed with the Law Director <br />due to problems which must be worked out. <br />
