6~ <br />MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING <br />Village of Mayfield Village <br />June 24, 1975 <br />The Council of the Village of Mayfield Village met in special <br />session, (notice of which was delivered to all Councilmen <br />twenty-four hours prior to said meeting) to consider Assessment <br />Levying Ordinance for Echo Drive and any other business that <br />may come before Council. <br />The meeting was called to order at 8:10 P.M. by President Pro- <br />Tem, Mr. Barclay. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. <br />Roll Call: Present: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bluhm, Ficken, <br />Mrs. Negrelli and Mr. Schulte <br />Absent Mr. Prager <br />Also present were Mayor Leech and Messrs., Byrnes and Relic <br />Ordinance 75-22, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE TO LEVY AN ASSESSMENT <br />FOR IMPROVING ECHO DRIVE, MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO AND DECLARING <br />AN EMERGENCY", was introduced by Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Ficken, seconded by Mr. Schulte, made a motion to suspend the <br />rules of law requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate <br />occasions. <br />Ro11 Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bluhm, Ficken, <br />Mrs. Negrelli and Mr. Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Bennett, seconded by Mr. Schulte, made a motion to pass <br />Ordinance 75-22. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bluhm, Ficken, <br />Mrs. Negrelli `and Mr. Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />A Public Hearing for Ordinance 75-16, entitled; Off-Street <br />Parking will be set for Tuesday, July 29, 1976 at 7:30 P.M. in <br />the Village Hall. <br />Mayor Leech has vetoed Ordinance 75-19 which is an Ordinance to <br />increase the Mayor's slaary from $3,600 to $5,200 and the <br />Finance Director's salary from $3,900 to $7,000 annually. <br />
