~~ <br />r 1 <br />J <br />MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING <br />Village of Mayfield Village <br />June 26, 1975 <br />The Council of the Village of Mayfield Village met in <br />special session at the Village Hall on Thursday, June 26, <br />1975 at 7:45 P.M., pursuant to special meeting notices <br />delivered to all Councilmen on June 25, 1975. Frank Prager, <br />Council President presided. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. <br />Roll Call: Present: Mayor Leech, Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, <br />Bluhm, Ficken, Prager and Schulte <br />Absent Mrs. Negrelli <br />1 <br />1 <br />Also present were Mr. Byrnes and Mr. Relic <br />Mr. Prager stated that this meeting had been called for the <br />purpose.of considering compensation for Councilmen. <br />Ordinance 75-23, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE <br />NO. 75-19 FIXING THE COMPENSATION OF THE PRESILIENT OF COUNCIL <br />AND THE MEMBERS OF THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, RE- <br />PEALING ORDINANCE NO. 75-19, RND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY", was <br />introduced by Mr. Bennett. <br />Compensation for the President of Council for the term commencing <br />on and after January 1, 1976 shall be $100.00 per month. <br />Compensation for members of Council for their respective terms <br />commencing on or after January 1, 1976 shall be `~"$50.00 per month. <br />Mr. Bennett, seconded by Mr. Ficken, made a motion to suspend the <br />rules of law requiring an ordinance to~be read on three separate <br />occasions.. <br />Roll Call: AYES :_ Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bluhm, Ficken, <br />Prager and Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Ficken, seconded by Mr. Bluhm, made a motion to pass <br />ordinance 75-23. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bluhm, Ficken, <br />Prager and Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />
