r -~ <br />5~ A <br />-5- <br />Committee Reports <br />Architectural Review Board - Mr. Barclay read the minutes of the <br />July 17, 1975 meeting. <br />Bi-Centennial - Mrs. Negrelli reported that the next meeting will <br />be held the last week in August. She also said that letters were <br />being mailed to Villagers for basic funding of the Bi-Centennial <br />celebration. <br />Cemetery - Mrs. Negrelli stated that everything is up-to-date. <br />Codification - Mrs. Negrelli reported that the committees were <br />still working on reviewing the ordinances. <br />Finance - Nir. Bennett, seconded by Mr. Prager, made a motion to <br />accept Pay Ordinance 623-P. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bluhm, Ficken, <br />Mrs. Negrelli and Messrs., Prager and Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Pay Ordinance Passed <br />Planning & Zoning - Mr. Schulte read the minutes of the July 14, 1975 <br />meeting. <br />Recreation - Mr. Ficken reported that the July 16, 1975 meeting had <br />been cancelled. He also stated that Awards Day is scheduled for <br />August 10, 1975. <br />Safety Center - Mr. Prager reported that the committee is <br />establishing a program to promote necessity of Safety Services <br />Building. The next meeting is scheduled for July 30, 1975 at <br />8:00 P.M. Nlr. Prager advised that a Safety Services Day Open <br />House will be held on Saturday, August 16, 1975. <br />General Reports <br />Mr. Relic reported that the Finance Committee will meet on <br />July 29, 1975. <br />Mr. Hovancsek advised that paving has been completed on Hemingway, <br />Joyce and Robin Circle. He also stated that facts should be ready <br />by the next meeting for the Hickory Hill drainage problem. He is <br />also checking homes in the :flood prone areas against the maps <br />provided by HUD. <br />Mr. Byrnes advised of cases still pending: A. DeMarco, September, <br />1974 - trial date August 18, 1975; CEI, reported by Mayor; <br />Russo property, filed January 6, 1975, no action in court to date; <br />Weisberg case was tried before Judge Barrigate, no ruling to date. <br />
