r7 <br />5 e.. <br />MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING <br />Village of Mayfield Village <br />August 18, 1975 <br />The Council of the Village of Mayfield Village met in regular <br />session at the Village Hall on Monday, August 18, 1975 at 8:00 P.M. <br />Council President, Frank Prager presided. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. <br />Roll Call: P~~sent: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Ficken, <br />Mrs. Negrelli and Messrs., Prager and Schulte <br />Absent Mr. Bluhm <br />Also present were Messrs., Amendola, Hovancsek, Relic, <br />Chief Hejcl and Chief 5hortle <br />Mr. Prager opened the meeting by asking for comments from the floor: <br />Hans Kraus, 6762 Wilson Mills Rd., asked if Council had an answer <br />to his problem brought up at a previous meeting regarding his lot <br />being land locked behind his property which fronts on Wilson Mills Rd. <br />Mr. Barclay asked if he had presented accurate facts in his survey. <br />Mr. Kraus replied that he had. Mr. Prager stated that he will check <br />with the Law Director. <br />Robert Grogan, 480 Oakton Circle, asked about the status of the <br />Recreational Vehicle Ordinance. Mr. Prager stated he will check <br />with the Law Director. <br />There being no further discussion from the floor, that segment of <br />the meeting concluded. <br />Mr. Schulte, seconded by Mr. Prager, made a motion to approve the <br />minutes of the July 21, 1975 Regular Council Meeting. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Ficken, Mrs. Negrelli <br />and Messrs., Prager and Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Minutes Approved <br />Council President's Comments: <br />Mr. Prager stated that the August 26, 1975 Council Caucus will be <br />cancelled. The next scheduled Caucus will be held September 9, 1975. <br />The Finance meeting scheduled for August 26, 1975 will also be cancelled. <br />Mr. Prager stated that the Cuyahoga County Airport will hold Open <br />House on Labor Day. They are featuring airplane rides. Interested <br />parties may contact Mr. Robert Shea. <br />
