MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING Village of Mayfield Village August 18, 1975 The Council of the Village of Mayfield Village met in regular session at the Village Hall on Monday, August 18, 1975 at 8:00 P.M. Council President, Frank Prager presided. The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. Roll Call: P~~sent: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Ficken, Mrs. Negrelli and Messrs., Prager and Schulte Absent Mr. Bluhm Also present were Messrs., Amendola, Hovancsek, Relic, Chief Hejcl and Chief 5hortle Mr. Prager opened the meeting by asking for comments from the floor: Hans Kraus, 6762 Wilson Mills Rd., asked if Council had an answer to his problem brought up at a previous meeting regarding his lot being land locked behind his property which fronts on Wilson Mills Rd. Mr. Barclay asked if he had presented accurate facts in his survey. Mr. Kraus replied that he had. Mr. Prager stated that he will check with the Law Director. Robert Grogan, 480 Oakton Circle, asked about the status of the Recreational Vehicle Ordinance. Mr. Prager stated he will check with the Law Director. There being no further discussion from the floor, that segment of the meeting concluded. Mr. Schulte, seconded by Mr. Prager, made a motion to approve the minutes of the July 21, 1975 Regular Council Meeting. Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Ficken, Mrs. Negrelli and Messrs., Prager and Schulte NAYS: None Motion Carried Minutes Approved Council President's Comments: Mr. Prager stated that the August 26, 1975 Council Caucus will be cancelled. The next scheduled Caucus will be held September 9, 1975. The Finance meeting scheduled for August 26, 1975 will also be cancelled. Mr. Prager stated that the Cuyahoga County Airport will hold Open House on Labor Day. They are featuring airplane rides. Interested parties may contact Mr. Robert Shea.
