~~ ~~ <br />-4- <br />Mr. Prager, seconded by Mr. Barclay, made a motion to suspend <br />the rules of law requiring a resolution to be read on three <br />separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Ficken, Mrs. Negrelli <br />and Messrs., Prager and Schulte <br />-._ -NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Prager, seconded by Mr. Barclay, made a motion to adopt <br />Resolution 895. <br />Roll Ca11: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Ficken, Mrs. Negrelli <br />and Messrs., Prager and Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />Ordinance 75-26, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 7 OF <br />ORDINANCE NO. 75-18 BY PROVIDING DENTAL COVERAGE FOR EMPLOYEES <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY", was introduced by Mr. Bennett. <br />Mr. Schulte, seconded by Mr. Prager, made a motion to suspend <br />the rules of law requiring an ordinance to be read on three <br />separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Ficken, Mrs. Negrelli <br />and Messrs., Prager and Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Ficken, seconded by Mr. Prager, made a motion to pass <br />Ordinance 75-26. <br />Mayor Leech stated that since the employees insurance benefits <br />had been increased to a High Level Benefit Plan, he thought the <br />dental plan should be paid for by the employees on a voluntary <br />basis. <br />A problem arose when the dental plan required 100/ participation <br />by employees but a few objected. <br />Mr. Relic suggested getting written approval for voluntary parti- <br />cipation from the employees. <br />Mr. Ficken asked to withdraw his motion to pass and Mr. Prager <br />asked withdrawal of his second to the motion. <br />Mr. Prager, seconded by Mr. Bennett, made a motion to table <br />Ordinance 75-26. <br />a <br />
