r~ <br />MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING <br />Village of Mayfield Village <br />September 8, 1975 <br />The Council of the Village of Mayfield Village met in special <br />session at the Village Hall on Monday, September 8, 1975 at <br />9:40 P.M. pursuant to special meeting notices delivered to all <br />Councilmen on Friday, September 5, 1975. Council President <br />Frank Prager presided. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. <br />1 <br />Roll Call: Present: Messrs., Barclay, Bluhm, Ficken, Mrs. Negrelli <br />and Mr. Prager <br />Absent Mayor Leech, Mr. Bennett and Mr. Schulte <br />Also present were Mr. Byrnes and Mr. Relic <br />Minutes .of the August 18, 1975 Regular Meeting and August 26, 1975 <br />Special Meeting were deferred until the September 15, 1975 Regular <br />Meeting. <br />Mr. Prager stated that the purpose of this meeting was to consider <br />passage of Ordinance 75-16, Off-Street Parking upon recommendation <br />from the Planning & Zoning Commission. A joint discussion was held <br />between Council and Planning & Zoning prior to this meeting. <br />Mr. Barclay, seconded by Mr. Ficlcen, made a motion to pass <br />Ordinance 75-16 (dated 9-8-75). <br />Ro11 Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bluhm, Ficken, Mrs. Negrelli <br />and Mr. Prager <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />There being no further business, Mr. Bluhm, seconded by Mrs. Negrelli <br />made a motion to adjourn. <br />Roll Call: ~AYE5: Messrs., Barclay, Bluhm, Ficken, Mrs. Negrelli <br />and Mr. Prager <br />NAYS: None <br />Meeting adjourned at 9:45 P.M. <br /> <br />1 <br />ay <br />1 <br />~ CYerk-Treasurer <br />Motion Carried <br />
