~~ <br />-5- <br />Mr. Bennett reported that a written survey has been taken amongst <br />the employees regarding the Dental Plan and it was agreed that <br />the premium would voluntarily be deducted from their wages. <br />Planning & Zoning - Mr. Schulte read the minutes of the <br />September 8, 1975 meeting. <br />Recreation - Mr. Ficken reported that a meeting of the Mayfield <br />Village Recreation Committee would be held September 17th at <br />8:00 P.M. Mr. Ficken also reported that a meeting with MARL will <br />be held on September 25, 1975 to discuss the by-laws~e <br />General Reports <br />Mr. Hovancsek reported that the Flood Study Report had been sub- <br />mitted to Council. <br />Mr. Barclay urged everyone to vote at the special election. He <br />also suggested to the Mayor that appointments must be made on a <br />couple of committees to fill the vacancies. <br />Mr. Bennett wished to thank all the Council members for the flowers <br />he received during his hospital confinement. <br />Mr. Bennett stated that a report had been made of the 5OM Center <br />flooding problem and suggested this problem be discussed at a <br />special caucus. <br />Mr. Bennett stated that he may have some information regarding a <br />bilce path at the next meeting. <br />Mr. Bennett questioned who was paying for the sign on the Village <br />property regarding the Bond Issue? <br />Mrs. Negrelli replied that the sign had been put up by the committee <br />and that no funding was done by the Village.
