AND ELEANOR EISENMANN AND JOHN A. AND <br />B.M DE NICOLA FOR THE CONSTRUCTION, RECONSTRUCTION, MAINTENANCE, <br />OPERATION AND REPAIR OF A DRAINAGE SWALE AND APPURTENANCES ON <br />CERTAIN PREMISES, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY", was introduced by <br />Mr. Prager. <br />Mr. Hovancsek urged Council to pass because the repair was <br />greatly needed. <br />Mr. Schulte, seconded by Mr. Barclay, made a motion to suspend the <br />rules of law requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate <br />occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bluhm, Mrs. Negrelli <br />and Messrs., Prager and Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />
