~.~~ <br />MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING <br />Village of Mayfield Village <br />October 28, 1975 <br />The Council of the Village of Mayfield Village met in special <br />session on Tuesday, October 28, 1975 at 8:10 P.M., pursuant to <br />written notice by Council President, Frank Prager and sent to <br />all Councilmen on October 17, 1975. Council President, Frank <br />Prager presided. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. <br />Roll Call: Present: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bluhm, Ficken, <br />Mrs. Negrelli and Messrs., Prager and Schulte <br />Absent None <br />Also present were Mayor Leech and Mr. Byrnes <br />Mr. Prager explained the purpose of this meeting was to consider <br />passage of Ordinance 75-28, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE <br />PARKING AND/OR STORING OF RECREATIONAL VEHICLES UPON PRIVATE OR <br />PUBLIC PROPERTY WITHIN MAYFIELD VILLAGE AND REPEALING ORDINANCE <br />NO. 74-49". <br />Ordinance 75-28 has been given two readings and a Public Hearing. <br />Council has received a letter dated October 27, 1975 from the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission, recommending Ordinance 75-28 be passed <br />as written. <br />Mr. Prager, seconded by Mr. Barclay, made a motion to delete the <br />word "consider" in Section 6 (b) and to replace it with "include". <br />Section 6 (b). The criteria to be followed by the Board of Appeals <br />and the Architectural Review Board in determining screening re- <br />quirements shall include the following:.... <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bluhm, Ficken, <br />Mrs. Negrelli and Messrs., Prager and Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Mr. Barclay, seconded by Mr. Ficken, made a motion to pass <br />Ordinance 75-28 as amended. <br />Roll Ca11: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bluhm, Ficken, <br />Mrs. Negrelli and Messrs., Prager and Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />
