"[ (~ 6'~ <br />MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING <br />Village of Mayfield Village <br />November 10, 1975 <br />The Council of the Village of Mayfield Village met in special <br />session on Monday, November 10, 1975 at 8:05 P.M., pursuant to <br />written notice by Mayor Leech and sent to all Councilmen on <br />November 7, 1975. 'Council President, Frank Prager presided. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. <br />Roll Call: Present: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bluhm, Ficken, <br />Mrs. Negrelli and Messrs., Prager and Schulte <br />Absent None <br />Also present were .Mayor Leech and Messrs., Amendola, Byrnes <br />and Hovancsek <br />Mayor Leech stated the purpose of this meeting was to consider <br />plans for Aintree North Subdivision - Phase I. He also stated that <br />recommendations for approval of the plans were received fr-om the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission, Village Engineer, Chief Shortle <br />and Chief Hejcl. Copies of these letters are attached hereto and <br />become apart of these minutes. <br />Mr. Bluhm questioned the status of the easements. Mr. Hovancsek <br />replied that a few areas will need easements and they will be <br />recorded and incorporated into an ordinance. <br />Mr. Bennett questioned if the development will have side door <br />garage openings. Mr. Hovancsek stated that the developer will have <br />certain deed restrictions which may include side garage doors. <br />Mr. Prager, seconded by Nlr. Barclay, made a motion to.accept the <br />plans. approved by the Village Engineer dated September 2, 1975 <br />covering the Aintree North Subdivision - Phase I. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bluhm, Ficken, <br />Mrs. Negrelli and Messrs., Prager and Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Plans Approved <br />Mr. Prager, seconded by Mr. Schulte, made a motion to adjourn. <br />
