,; ~~ <br />~f <br /> <br />PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />Village of Mayfield Village <br />August 11, 1975 <br />The Planning & Zoning Commission of the Village of Mayfield <br />Village met in regular session on Monday, August 11, 1975 at <br />7:30 F'.M. Chairman Beebe presided. <br />Roll Ca11: Present: Messrs., Beebe, Kreckel, Mrs. Mills, <br />Dr. Rosenthal and Mrs. Stanard <br />Absent : Mayor Leech and Mr. Schulte <br />,' <br />Also present were . Messrs., Amendola and Hovancsek and <br />Mr. DeWalt, representative of H.L. Vokes Co. <br />Mr. Beebe read the minutes of the July 14, 1975 meeting and re- <br />viewed them. <br />Mr. Kreckel, seconded by Mrs. Stanard, made a motion to accept <br />the minutes as read. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Beebe, Kreckel, Mrs. Mi11s, <br />Dr. Rosenthal and Mrs. Stanard <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Minutes Accepted <br />Mr. Beebe stated that the final plat plans for the Aintree North <br />Subdivision No. 1 had been reviewed by Engineer Hovancsek, <br />Building Commissioner Amendola, Police Chief Shortle, Fire Chief <br />Hejcl and the Planning & Zoning Commission. It is now ready <br />for acceptance. <br />Mr. Kreckel, seconded by Mrs. Stanard, made a motion to accept <br />the final plat of the Aintree North Subdivision No. 1. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Beebe, Kreckel, Mrs. Mills, <br />Dr. Rosenthal and Mrs. Stanard <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />The final plat plans will be signed by Secretary, Robert Schulte, <br />Clerk, John Relic and Mayor Leech. <br />The final plans submitted August 11, 1975 by the H.L. Vokes Co. <br />have been approved by,Engineer Hovancsek. He was mainly concerned <br />with the sewer and grading and has since reviewed them. <br />- ~_~~ <br />- Dr. Rosenthal, seconded by Mr. Kreckel, made a motion to approve <br />the final plans of the H.L. Vokes Company. <br />
