~~ -4- Mr. Prager, seconded by Mrs. Negrelli, made a motion to adopt Resolution 907. Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bluhm, Mrs. Negrelli and Messrs., Prager and Schulte NAYS: None Motion Carried Resolution Adopted Committee Re op rts: Bi-Centennial & Cemetery - Mrs. Negrelli reported that a flyer had been mailed to all residents advertising a contest for an official Village seal for the Bi-Centennial. She also stated that she had received $150 in donations for the restoration of the hearse. Therefore, she wished to withdraw her motion made at the October meeting requesting funds from the Village. Codification - Mrs. Negrelli stated that since the Codification Ordinance had been passed the committee would be inactive for the time being. Finance - Mr. Bennett, seconded by Mr. Prager, made a motion to pass Pay Ordinance 627-P. Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bluhm, Mrs. Negrelli and Messrs., Prager and Schulte NAYS: None Motion Carried Pay Ordinance Passed Planninc~& Zoning - Mr: Schulte read the minutes of the November 10, 1975 meeting. General Reports: Mr. Relic stated that the budget would be completed by the middle of December and ready for passage at the first meeting in January. Mr. Hovancsek reported that upon completion of the Flood Study Plan an ordinance would be required to be passed by Council. However, this may not be for at least six months. Mr. Byrnes advised that the Millstein Upper View Case had been dismissed due to legal techriicallity. Mr. Prager reported that the following subjects would be discussed at the November 25th Caucus. fj 1. Ordinance 1 - Organization & Procedures for Council 2. Ordinance 74-42 - Auxiliary Police Rules. Mayor Leech met with the Auxiliary Police and hopefully an ordinance would be put in final form for the December meeting.
