~~ <br />-4- <br />Mr. Prager, seconded by Mrs. Negrelli, made a motion to adopt <br />Resolution 907. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bluhm, Mrs. Negrelli <br />and Messrs., Prager and Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />Committee Re op rts: <br />Bi-Centennial & Cemetery - Mrs. Negrelli reported that a flyer had <br />been mailed to all residents advertising a contest for an official <br />Village seal for the Bi-Centennial. She also stated that she had <br />received $150 in donations for the restoration of the hearse. <br />Therefore, she wished to withdraw her motion made at the October <br />meeting requesting funds from the Village. <br />Codification - Mrs. Negrelli stated that since the Codification <br />Ordinance had been passed the committee would be inactive for the <br />time being. <br />Finance - Mr. Bennett, seconded by Mr. Prager, made a motion to <br />pass Pay Ordinance 627-P. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bluhm, Mrs. Negrelli <br />and Messrs., Prager and Schulte <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Pay Ordinance Passed <br />Planninc~& Zoning - Mr: Schulte read the minutes of the November 10, <br />1975 meeting. <br />General Reports: <br />Mr. Relic stated that the budget would be completed by the middle of <br />December and ready for passage at the first meeting in January. <br />Mr. Hovancsek reported that upon completion of the Flood Study Plan <br />an ordinance would be required to be passed by Council. However, <br />this may not be for at least six months. <br />Mr. Byrnes advised that the Millstein Upper View Case had been <br />dismissed due to legal techriicallity. <br />Mr. Prager reported that the following subjects would be discussed <br />at the November 25th Caucus. <br />fj <br />1. Ordinance 1 - Organization & Procedures for Council <br />2. Ordinance 74-42 - Auxiliary Police Rules. Mayor Leech <br />met with the Auxiliary Police and hopefully an ordinance <br />would be put in final form for the December meeting. <br />
