c~ ~y <br />t w-.. a.9 <br />-5- <br />Cemetery - Mrs. Negrelli stated that the cemetery is in better <br />financial shape than last year. <br />Codification - Mr. Prager stated that plans for the codification of <br />ordinances were discussed earlier in the evening. <br />Finance - Mr. Bennett, seconded by Mr. Prager, made a motion to pass <br />Pay Ordinance 628-P. <br />Roll Call: AYE5: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bluhm, Ficken, <br />Mrs. Negrelli and Messrs., Prager and Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Pay Ordinance Passed <br />Planning & Zoning - Mr. Schulte read the minutes of the December 8, <br />1975 meeting. <br />Recreation - Mr. Ficken reported that flyers were mailed to all <br />residents advising that Santa Claus will be around the Village on <br />Sunday, December 21st. A hayride is scheduled for January 3, 1976. <br />General Reports: <br />Mr. Relic stated that a rough draft of the 1976 Appropriations was <br />given to Council to review for passage at the first Council meeting <br />in January, 1976. <br />Mayor Leech stated that this would be his last meeting. He said that <br />it has been a tremendous experience for him and has learned so much <br />in the past 6 years. The biggest asset to him has been the people <br />of Mayfield Village. He also stated that it has been a pleasure <br />working with all the Councilmen and has placed his confidence in <br />the new administration. He also thanked all the Village employees <br />for their great effort in making Mayfield Village a good place in <br />which to live. <br />At this time Mayor Leech read a resolution of appreciation for the <br />following outgoing Councilmen. <br />Resolution 910, entitled; "A RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION - William <br />Ficken, Jr.", was introduced by Mayor Leech. <br />M ayor Leech, seconded by Mr. Barclay made a motion to adopt <br />Resolution 910. <br />Roll Call: AYE5: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bluhm, Mrs. Negrelli <br />and Messrs., Prager and Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />PA5S: Mr. Ficken <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />
