~~~~ <br />--4- <br />Ordinance 75-38, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR <br />OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE TO ENTER INTO A MUTUAL AID POLICE PROTECTION <br />AGREEMENT WITH THE CITIES OF LYNDHURST AND MAYFIELD HEIGHTS, AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY", was given second reading. <br />Ordinance 75-39, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE TO APPROVE, ADOPT AND ENACT <br />THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO TO REPEAL ORDI- <br />NANCES IN CONFLICT THEREWITH; TO INCLUDE THE ENACTMENT OF NEW <br />MATTER THEREIN; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY", was given second reading. <br />MR. BENNETT stated that since the codified ordinances did not include <br />all of the ordinances passed in the Village in 50 years, he does not <br />feel he will accept the codification. He also stated that the front <br />page of the codified book did not contain the names of the seven <br />councilmen. <br />Mayor Leech commented that a codification book was a draft and at <br />the time of publication that was the status of the ruling council. <br />Mr. Schulte, seconded by Mr. Ficken, made a motion to suspend the <br />rules of law requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate <br />occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Bennett, Ficken, Mrs. Negrelli and <br />Messrs., Prager and Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Prager, seconded by Mrs. Negrelli, made a motion to pass <br />Ordinance 75-39. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Mr. Ficken, Mrs. Negrelli and Messrs., Prager <br />and :Schulte <br />NAYS: Mr. Bennett Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />Mr. Busa stated that he wished to continue discussion on Ordinance <br />75-32, but Mr. Prager invoked parliamentary procedure, ruling the <br />matter out of order and asked for adjournment. <br />Mr. Ficken, seconded by Mr. Prager, made a motion to adjourn. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Bennett, Ficlcen, Mrs. Negrelli and <br />Messrs., Prager and Schulte <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Meetinq adjourned at <br />5 P.M. <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />C "~ <br />
