-5- <br />~' <br />~_ ~b <br />Mayor Beebe asked Mr. Barclay who makes appointments for the <br />Finance Committee. <br />Mr. Barclay replied that according to Ordinance 75-32, Section 6A, <br />the Finance Committee shall be appointed by the President of <br />Council and consist of members of Council, and suggested that it <br />not be considered at this time. <br />-Mayor Beebe, seconded by Mr. Barclay, recommended the appointment <br />of Mr. Fince Feudo as Assistant Law Director for the Village of <br />Mayfield. This appointment would give our Law Director more time <br />to devote to civil cases. <br />Mr. Barclay, seconded by Mr. Schulte, made a motion to confirm the <br />recommendation of Mr. Feudo. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Busa, Flynn, Grogan, <br />Mrs. Negrelli and Mr. Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Mr. Feudo was not present to be sworn in. <br />Motion Carried <br />Appointment Confirmed <br />Ordinance 76-1, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE COMPENSATION <br />OF THE ASSISTANT LAW DIRECTOR AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCYf1, was <br />introduced by Mayor Beebe. <br />Mr. Grogan asked if Mr. Feudo would go on the payroll. <br />Mr. Relic replied no, he will be billed as a retainer, and that <br />copies of his invoices would be given to the Councilmen. <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Schulte, made a motion to suspend the <br />rules of law requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate <br />occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Busa, Flynn, Grogan, <br />Mrs. Negrelli and Mr. Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Schulte, made a motion to pass <br />Ordinance 76-1. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Busa, Flynn, Grogan, <br />Mrs. Negrelli and Mr. Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />PA55: Mr. Bennett <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />
