~ ~f <br />-6- <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Schulte, made a motion to adopt <br />Resolution 918. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Busa, Flynn, <br />Grogan, Mrs. Negrelli and Mr. Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />Mr. Bennett, seconded by Mrs. Negrelli, made a motion to pass <br />Pay Ordinance 629-P. <br />Mr. Grogan questioned if there is an ordinance authorizing payment <br />to the Spieth, Bell, McCurdy, Newell Law Firm. <br />Mr. Relic replied that he will check this out. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Busa, Flynn, <br />Grogan, Mrs. Negrelli and Mr. Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Pay Ordinance Passed <br />General Comments: <br />The Mayor advised that a copy of pending litigation reports from <br />Mr. Byrnes would be sent to all Councilmen. <br />Mayor Beebe introduced Miss Judy Ernest, reporter for the Sun Press <br />who was in the audience. <br />Mr. Relic advised that the Finance Committee would meet Tuesday, <br />January 27, 1976. <br />Mr. Hovancsek reported that the lowest and best bid for the SOM <br />Center Storm Sewer Improvement was received from Longo Sewer <br />Construction Co. <br />Mr. Busa questioned Mr. Hovancsek as to what has happened to plans <br />for the widening of SOM Center, north of Wilson Mills. <br />Mr. Hovancsek replied that the State Highway Dept. makes their own <br />priorities and that in the States 5-Year Plan for 1976, SOM <br />Center was not included. <br />Mr. Grogan reported that he had attended the meeting at the High <br />School with the County Auditor and it was a very good meeting. <br />Other Councilmen in attendance were Mrs. Negrelli, Mr. Bennett <br />and Mr. Flynn <br />
