X54 <br />-6- <br />~~ Mr. Schulte, seconded by Mrs. Negrelli, made a motion to pass <br />Ordinance 76-7. <br />Roll Call: AYES; Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Busa, Flynn, Grogan, <br />Mrs. Negrelli and Mr. Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />Ordinance 76-8, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE ESTABLISHMENT <br />AND REVISED MANUAL OF RULES FOR THE AUXILIARY POLICE UNIT AND <br />REPEALING ORDINANCE NUMBERS '930; 1969-9; 1969-].4; 70;24; and 70-47" <br />was introduced by Mr. Bennett. <br />Given first reading. <br />Resolution 919, entitled; "A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MAYFIELD VILLAGE '~ <br />TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH THE INDUSTRIAL COMMISSION OF OHIO, <br />BUREAU OF WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY", was <br />introduced by Mr. Flynn. <br />Mr. Schulte, seconded by Mr. Grogan, made a motion to suspend the <br />rules of law requiring a resolution to be read on three separate <br />occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Busa, Flynn, Grogan, <br />Mrs. Negrelli and Mr. Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Flynn, seconded by Mrs. Negrelli, made a motion to adopt <br />Resolution 919. <br />Mr. Bennett questioned if the resolution would be effective <br />immediately. Mr. Relic replied yes. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Busa, Flynn, Grogan, <br />Mrs. Negrelli and Mr. Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Rdopted <br />Ordinance 76-9, entitled; "A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PLACING <br />OF AN ADVERTISEMENT FOR TENDER OF BIDS FOR FOUR POLICE CARS", <br />was introduced by Mr. Bennett. <br />Mr. Grogan, seconded by Mr. Schulte, made a motion to suspend <br />the rules of law requiring an ordinance to be read on three <br />separate occasions. <br />
