However, Mr. Byrnes stated that accord- <br />ing to the Charter, 30 days are required. Lowest bid was received from Deacon's for a total <br />of $19,882. Cars must be ordered before April 30th. <br />Resolution 923, entitled; "A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE LOWEST <br />AND BEST BID FOR POLICE VEHICLES AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY", <br />was introduced by Council as a Whole. <br />
